Trainer Rides

When: Tuesday and Friday nights @ 6pm

Where: Collins Cycle Shop

What you need: Bicycle, towel, and a trainer or rollers

Workout: 1-2 hours with timed intervals

Everyone gets a chance once every 2 weeks to do a time trial on the computrainer to track performance at no charge.

Lets go nowhere fast!!
